Senior System Engineer
CurrentManages all aspects of the IT infrastructure including systems administration, network administration, user support, laptop/desktop/phone support, and hardware/software acquisitions in a Windows and Linux environment. Provides direct support to users for all operating system, application, and hardware issues. Delivers user access and completes change requests in hosted email, wiki, ticketing, code repository, and audio/video conferencing services. Supports physical and virtual machines throughout their full lifecycle. Creates and maintains IT policies and procedures. Tracks IT inventory and creates annual IT budget. Supports client billing application. Responsible for weekly/monthly audit and final production bill runs which requires close attention to detail and good communication with the client. Completes billing application support requests as needed to change account data and application configuration.
