• Provide technical support in the development and enhancement of the Chesterfield County Public School Intranet web pages, and CCPS server hosted school web pages. • Create and maintain server accounts for school web page curators.• Support FTP file uploads to web server and provide instruction and troubleshooting assistance for processes.• Develop and maintain training documents and web page development user guides.• Update and maintain department web pages as needed.• Work with users, consultants, and technical teams.• Conduct training sessions (classroom, individual and small group).• Conduct periodic review of school web pages and offer technical suggestions.• Prepare and maintain documentation, to include support log by school.

• Perform first level problem diagnosis to ensure timely and efficient problem resolution utilizing problem analysis skills, procedure manuals; research and assistance from Technical Support Staff. • Evaluate and establish problem priority and perform problem escalation through assignment to appropriate personnel. • Communicate with schools, vendors and responsible areas to ensure quality resolution within established timeframes and documentation of status and resolution activities. • Develop, maintain and update the Information Systems web pages, create email accounts, reset email passwords and reset mainframe sou numbers. • Provide assistance to administrative personnel in the efficient utilization of desktop applications software. • Continuously update training on related trends, upgrades, features and solutions. • Develop and maintain standards, create and conduct informal training for users and act as primary backup to Help Desk Technician.
