I am currently taking the Partner role at ERM Vietnam. I have over fifteen years’ experience in environmental and social impact assessment; compensation and resettlement planning; environmental and social due diligence and environmental and social management system. I have worked on projects funded by a number of multilateral and bilateral financing and development agencies that are signed up to the IFC/WB guidelines and the Equator Principles. I have worked on both the financer and borrowers sides in reviewing and or identifying the economic, social and environmental impacts of projects and programmes. I have extensive experiences in the ESMS development, implementation and assessment. I have been involved in ESMS projects covering oil and gas, power including renewable energy, manufacturing, agriculture, and port facilities. I was involved in a number of environmental and social due diligence and compliance audit and management system projects. Before working in ERM, I worked as an Environment and Resettlement Specialist for Southern Coastal Corridor Project funded by Asian Development Bank, AusAID and EDCF.
