External Projects- Learning Design:+ Assess Raw Materials to Structure Content: Types of contents, Levels of Content+ Learner Research: To Determine Learner Differences, Define Learning Gaps and Learning Objectives+ Give Content Direction for Animated Videos (including Key Messages, Visual Suggestions, Tone and Mood,...)

- Planning internal communication in accordance with the requirements of building corporate culture (Monthly, quarterly) - Plan and host events, workshops, and birthdays of personnel, and companies,... and maintain connection activities among teams.- Collecting human resource opinions and planning professional training for personnel.- In charge of the company's communication channels: website, fanpage, and internal information channel. Orientation of image communication of 2 companies out.- In charge of editing internal publications, and communication materials to increase pride, improve knowledge about identity, and brand development for members and communicate with customers and the community.- Perform related duties as required by Management.
