• Advising the investment structure and expedite the processes to help a Hong Kong Agency to do advertisement and affiliate marketing in Vietnam• Processing the franchising registration from a Singaporean Media Agency to their local partner.• Representing a Singaporean Incorporation to liaise with HCMC DPI’s Inspectors and handle the processes to extend the Investment capital contribution’s duration.• Liaising with MoCST and implement the processes to transfer the whole of the stake from local Yoga Center to Investor; to help the Swedish investor to set new 100% foreign-owned company up in the field of sport• Advising Investors (International Incorporations from Europe and Asian region) about investment schemes: M&A; Franchising; Advertisement; Sports Club; Maintenance and Repairing; IT; Rooftop Solar Power;• Handling independently throughout the procedures: Moving investment project to Industrial Zone (HEPZA); M&A; IRC, ERC, Franchising registration; Amendment on investment capital’s duration deadline; Work Permit and its exemption; TRC• Liaising and Meeting with Authority: MoCST; HEPZA; DPI’s Inspector, DOLISA, Immigration Dept;

• Assisting Partner to advise Hong Kong investor to implement Intermediary Payment Services’ project in Vietnam; • Assisting Partner to provide the legal framework and report for Korean Investor to commence the Solar Power Project in Binh Thuan Province;• Assisting Partner to prepare business scheme, regulatory and risks assessment for the structure of exclusive distribution of Adidas Products in Vietnam Market;• Co-ordinate colleagues to handle civil ligation relating to property owned rights’ disputation • Miscellaneous Work:- Drafting, Revising legal documents;- Translating Documents from English into Vietnamese and vice versa- Researching into legal issues;
