The work includes 24X7 Global supports, handling all the data from various upstream systems, transforming it and later loading it for the decision support system. EIP is a dynamic application which enables end users to help forecast the sales of Microsoft products.Role in brief: Successfully worked on the supply chain data warehousing called as Enterprise Integration Platform (EIP). The work involved extracting data which is forecasted by the end users (Retailers); published the extracted data into the cube which then sends the data to SAP, which aids in managing and optimizing the inventory.Accomplishments• Attained the Client Champion and the Stellar Award as the ‘Shining Star - Client Value Creation’• Successfully led a team of 7 resource of Tier 2 Support and reporting lead for a Tier 1 team in China

Client - Farmers Insurance: Working for ICM and calculating Incentives, Deductions and compensation plans for Insurance agents. I work on Microsoft SSIS and create packages which help in determining the Incentives using an Incentive calculator + Reporting tool, Varicent.I perform the entire ETL process and load data into tables which is then used to calculate the incentives and compensations of agents using the business rules provided by client.
