The role is responsible for the management, maintenance and development of the team, including Quality Assurance and Development, improvement and entrenchment of a methodology covering Business, Process and Organisational Analysis, Software Requirement Analysis and Design in the BPM-focused FlowCentric ProcessWare (Proprietary Software). Responsible for Account Management for, initially, the entire subscriber (client) base and consulting to post-implementation clients where necessary. Worked on developing a Success Management strategy through the identification of key accounts and management thereof. Continual consultation and implementation involvement with key clients, including Project Management of said implementations and of the implementation and development work itself. The client base covered Government, Construction Management, Breweries, Financial Services and many other industries.

Analysed requirements for, specified and designed solutions, various clients in several industries including Mining, Security Printing, Regulators, Food Services, Retail and Government Agencies. Implemented solutions across various business functions with a developing focus on Supply Chain. I was also involved in the development and implementation of several solutions and developed a strong technical and product knowledge.
