RPG specialized in meeting the needs of businesses by offering comprehensive lines of commercial insurance and financial services, including: Property and Casualty, Executive Risk, Cyber solutions, Employee Benefits and Retirement Services. They also provided support services in Risk Management, Executive Benefits, Claims, Loss Control, and HR Consulting.

Co-founded an insurance brokerage firm by partnering with a payroll and HR company. Exited with a sale to a strategic buyer.

Started the Dallas office for Acordia, which became Wells Fargo Insurance. Focused on cross-selling with the commercial banking customers. We operated as the out-sourced risk management department for our clients. As a top-5 insurance broker, we place over $18B of premiums. Clients included public, private, upper middle market, and large market companies looking for solutions to complex insurance programs.
