My name is Travis, and at 47 years old, I'm a divorced father of three. Ive lived a life full of adventure and growth. I was born and raised in a small town in Central Florida. I spent most of my childhood exploring the great outdoors, fishing, and dreaming of the day when I could make a positive change in the world.As soon as I had the chance, I began traveling extensively throughout the United States, seeking out new experiences and learning from different cultures. I've always been drawn to the power of food to connect people and cultures, so it was no surprise that I pursued a career as a chef.Cooking has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and I've spent most of my life working in kitchens, honing my craft, and experimenting with new things. But when I'm not in the kitchen, I'm likely pursuing one of my other hobbies, like gaming, flying drones, or my newest practice: the art of Bushido.For me, Bushido is more than just a martial art. It's a way of life that teachers discipline, perseverance, and the importance of always striving to be my best self.
