I have trial, appellate and arbitration experience in multiple states and have handled claims and cases for my clients in 45 states since 2002. I spent 10 years on a team providing national product liability defense for a major residential and commercial appliance manufacturer.I have handled thousands of asbestos and other toxic tort cases. I spent 10 years as national coordinating counsel for a major manufacturer of residential and commercial appliances. I currently defend and coordinate the national litigation defense strategies for a construction contractor.
