Worked as a superintendent on several unique projects. Started with a data center for Intel Corporation, built several small tenant finish out projects, converted an existing data center into new office space. Finished my career at IE2 renovating a downtown Austin building that was originally built in the 1930's. Worked as a leader on the field side of the construction process but also worked to support the Project management team with front end project managment.

Superintendent. Scheduled and supervised subcontractors and self perform crews. Self perform work consisted of metal stud framing, sheetrock install, acoustical ceiling installation. Responsible for ordering materials for the self perform work. Created and updated project schedules using Microsoft Project. Ran several tenant finish outs/ corporate remodels in downtown Austin (Starr Buttrey Lobby, Sparefoot office space, Mass Relevance office space). Ran a small deli remodel (Rising Roll in downtown Austin). Superintendent for a $2mill. ground up Navy Federal Credit Union in Killeen Texas.

Superintendent. Responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules. In charge of quality control and plan compliance. Oversaw project subcontractors to ensure quality and maintenance of the project schedule. Oversaw the St. Francis School remodel, consisting of two added boy's and girl's restroom and turning a clear story gymnasium into two separate floors. The top floor consisting of classrooms and the bottom floor a new kitchen prep area and a cafeteria. Also oversaw the construction on a ground up restaurant, Flores, and the tenant finish out of another, Angels Donuts. Ran a small tenant finish out/remodel for Fiat at the Domain as well.

Assistant Superintendent on a $7mill ground up Hotel, Hampton Inn in Lakeway, Texas. Superintendent of several ground up projects, a Hydroclean Carwash in Round Rock Texas. In addition to the carwash I oversaw the construction of two different Austin Telco Federal Credit Unions. One in Round Rock Texas, and the other in Lockhart Texas. Oversaw the construction of Central Texas Refuse office expansion/remodel project. Assisted in estimating (Central Texas Refuse) and also acted as business development for the fire, water, and mold remediation side of the company ( Rainbow International).
