My journey with Allianz Life began in 2007 and I have had the privilege of serving the company in a number of roles, ranging from Suitability and Internal Sales, to managing relationships between Allianz and its external business partners, while curating content for business solutions and championing diversity.I was a founding member and former chair of Allianz B.E.L.O.N.G., (the Black Employee Leadership and Opportunity Networking Group) an ERG for our Black/African-American population on campus. In addition to that work, I sit on the board of G.R.A.C.E., (Global Race And Cultural Ethnicity network) which is comprised of other Allianz operating entities from across the globe, aimed at creating a safe and inclusive workplace, where everyone can thrive and have access to opportunities.
