Responsibilities Work as an Estimating Project Manager to develop cost estimates for clients in both the private and public sector. These projects range in price from One Million Dollars to Five Hundred Million Dollars. As the project manager I act as the point of contact for the client and am responsible for coordinating between all of the engineering disciplines (General, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing). Additionally I responsible for making sure the project arrives on time and on budget to the client. Accomplishments During my time at VJ Associates I have helped implement the use of Sage Timberline, estimating software. This implementation involved creating a database from scratch to represent the companies costing strategies, testing the program and the newly created database while still meeting estimating deadlines, and teaching others in the company how to use Sage Timberline. This work has allowed the company to go after new jobs that require the use of advanced estimating software, and be profitable while doing them.
