Travis is a seasoned professional that has excelled in sales, business development and the art of making connections! He brings to the table a proficiency in prospecting, customer relationship development, and the ability to close deals. His ability to lead,train, and teach others has propelled him into now using these skills to assist professionals and organizations in moving the needle forward in these areas.

In what he likes to describe as ‘Chief Story Teller’, Travis serves on KHA’s executive team overseeing all organization communications, marketing, branding strategy, and community and local government relations.

Travis ran a nationally successful practice affiliated with the Northwestern Mutual Wealth Management company. Specializing in serving and leading medical professionals, executives, small business owners and professionals from every industry, he and his team served clients in over 20 states across the United States. While running his practice, he also helped mentor, coach and train 10s of advisors across the country. He had a great passion for teaching advisors how to do the business the right way and hwo to work on their craft. Advisors appreciated his ability to educate and guide on the art of financial services with much conviction and passion. During his tenure he also served as the College Unit Director, giving leadership over a Top 10 internship program. He coached and mentored nearly 20 local college interns. During this time with the internship program, he helped coach/develop multiple top tier interns nationally. Travis also helped work towards a more diverse industry by serving on a national committee for African American Advisors, within the Northwestern Mutual network, and also their national Diversity and Inclusion Council. He's mentored many diverse advisors, helping them overcome the many barriers they may face, and changing their mindset about what's possible. While affiliated with Northwestern Mutual, Travis received many accolades for production. Among them were;-Top 20 national intern out of over 2500 interns nationally-New Rep of the Year for the Koch Group-MDRT Member-Top 50 in the Southern Region -Top 10 Advisor for The Koch Group

Travis was one of six individuals recruited nationally, that represented the United States as an international Mentor for a leadership, values and empowerment camp in Singapore. He joined mentors from 6 other countries, in order to bring the world to Singapore. While there, he personally mentored over 20 students. He studied, and taught on, areas such as servant leadership, moral excellence and community development.
