JOB SUMMARY: Provides customer support to business customers via the telephone and/or Internet (e.g. instant message, email). Handles customer inquiries and resolves simple and basic support issues, such as address changes, processing orders, warranty, or billing/payment. Performs other administrative duties as requested. GENERAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Provides customer support by phone, email, or instant message to business customers. Serves as primary contact for inbound/outbound customer issues. Processes a high volume of customer inquiries of One Call products and services. Troubleshoots customer problems, identifies the root cause of the problem, and uses tools and resources appropriately to determine how to resolve customer problems. Follow escalation protocol for unresolved issues that include continual coaching and mentoring to ensure proper escalation follow up. Tracks and documents inbound support requests and ensures proper notation of customer problems or issues. Updates customer information and ensures accurate entry of contact information. Meets the standards of the job, such as quality standards, adherence to schedule, and average handle time. May provide guidance and/or mentoring to less experienced Care Coordinators.EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED is required for this role. Associate or Bachelor’s degree is preferable; or the equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.

The Human Capital and Communication Coordinator (HCCC) is primarily responsible for providing administrative, clerical and organizational support to VK’s partners in matters regarding implementation of policies and procedures, recruiting and hiring high-performing employees, and other human resource issues, including, but not limited to the following tasks:• Protect the integrity of confidential information for all matters pertaining to HR;• Coordinate firm-wide functions and events;• Facilitate weekly all-staff meetings and provide minutes to attendees;• Manage employee on-boarding process (reference/background checks, business cards, etc.);• Process new hire paperwork (forms for handbook acknowledgement, client confidentiality, independence representation, I-9, W-4, direct deposit and health ins./benefit application, etc.);• Administer employee orientation procedures (timekeeping, computer set-up, etc.);• Coordinate CPE for staff and maintain records of attendance to professional requirements.• Facilitate semi-annual staff performance evaluations and professional development plans;• Assist in monitoring the firm’s quality control process and prepare reports as required;• Perform updates to firm website and blog and increase firm’s online presence;• Improve communication with prospective clients (marketing materials/proposal templates);• Implement client feedback surveys and summarize survey results with actionable feedback;• Coordinate university relations and awareness of firm with students and professors;• Promote team-building and consult with partners on inter-office communication.A crucial aspect of the HCCC position is the completion of special projects. The coordinator performs special projects and research as required by partners and managers. As required, the HCCC will also assist in individual and business tax return preparation and perform tasks to assist on audits as needed.
