Holding a key position in the marketing department, I manage the company's data strategy. I currently work as the salesforce.com administrator. I manage all the companies tools that help maintain company process within salesforce.com and outside of the application. I help come up with territory assignments using a combination of APEX triggers and workflow rules. I keep the data clean by using a couple of tools. I am in charge of creating and maintaining a training curriculum. Setting up and training new hires on the system. I strive to have a 95% user adoption which is never an easy task. I have currently integrated salesforce.com with other application for Finance, implementations and Marketing. I am responsible for leading the scoping, ongoing administration and training in Calabrio’s salesforce.com database. The database is currently used by various Calabrio teams to track prospects, campaigns, implementation projects, product bugs and customer service tickets. I develop reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity. Defining, communicating, and managing a change management (release) process to develop and implement new applications and updated to existing applications.
