I have a cyber security certification from Southern Careers Institute-Harlingen and a background in welding technology from Lee College. I am currently working as an IT BreakFix Technician at DecisionOne, where I perform on-site servicing and repair of major OEM laptops, desktops, and POS. I have also been an IT Specialist at United Airlines for over two years, where I manage and maintain network security and administration.In my recent roles, I have demonstrated my skills in network administration, network security, and cybersecurity, as well as my ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently. I enjoy working with diverse teams and clients, and I value learning and growth in the IT field. I am motivated by challenging and rewarding projects that require creativity and innovation.
