Now instead of drafting a layout or design from a blueprint I get to see the project come to life every step of the way.Out of all of my responsibilities, I really enjoy meeting our customers to see their finished kitchen, and bathrooms and laundry rooms. Sometimes I get to see the project before the renovation is complete and can see for myself the difference new cabinetry, tile and a matching counter top can make.Marr-Tech Kitchens Ltd. also has also given the me the opportunity to oversee their bi-weekly time card program. This involves working with all of the staff to make sure their time card is accurate and each person's time card is reflective of the hours they worked, vacation days taken and stat holidays are accounted for.
