Working in the Global Shuttle Organization, I am responsible for managing Multi-Project Wafer (MPW) Programs for advanced GF technologies, from start to finish. This involves setting and adhering to MPW schedules, aligning customer-facing and technical teams, validating customer design specifications, organizing project structure and routing, facilitating manufacturing operations, interfacing with external post-fab facilities, arranging product deliveries, and capturing sales revenues.Other duties include overall process analysis and improvement, aimed at reducing cost and improving efficiency. I've produced around fifty space-efficient reticle floorplans while following stringent technical criteria; I've analyzed business process bottlenecks, developing and implementing enhancement strategies; and, I've created, documented, and published a new process for certain technical design verifications.

Working in the BTV Mask House, my duties included process analysis, continuous improvement development and implementation, and production support. I was responsible for the accurate performance of both optical and electron-beam tools, and this required SPC monitoring as well as tool adjustments. Authentic collaboration with all levels and shifts of the production team made process analysis and improvements much more successful.

Working under Professor Shunsuke Nakao, I contributed to the development of a fast method for measuring aerosol properties. I was responsible for designing experiments, setting up laboratory equipment, and analyzing data.

Working in the Bread Plant, my internship project was to account for unaccounted product. With many different tracking systems in place, product sometimes "disappeared," and I was put in charge of determining how. On my own initiative, I traversed the entire plant, learning everything I could about what everybody did and the systems they used, and determined miscommunication to be the root cause. I developed and pitched an idea for a single communication system that aggregated the most important aspects and user-friendly features of all others. While working this project, I also gained valuable end-to-end production and manufacturing experience.
