The Leadership Development Program (LDP) at Acosta is one of the most extensive, selective, and well-rounded programs for college graduates to gain experience in the consumer-packaged goods (CPG) industry. Over the course of 18 months, I worked through 5 core business areas, allowing me to experience all the different ways that Acosta supports their clients. I learned new functions, worked alongside different teams, and further defined how I wanted to pursue my career. I rotated through Acosta's main departments of Retail, Business Intelligence, Sales, Marketing and as my final rotation I spent 5 ½ months in Core Foodservice.
