● Coordinate and manage scheduling of all audiovisual events for the company from webcasting to conference room support● Communicate final event and meeting requirements to team● Allocate resources according to needs and priorities to meet frequency of interactions and services level requirements● Assist in accommodating and planning more sophisticated audio/video teleconferencing and local presentations including interfacing with local or remote contacts to fully understand meeting requirements, operating equipment during meetings as required● Interact in person, by phone, and/or email directly with end user management and end users● Employ technical and project management skills to interface with a high volume of meeting organizers, meeting requesters and administrative coordinators while multi-tasking the technical and logistical issues of multiple future meetings● Interface with technology vendors for equipment servicing and training● Lead or assist, as required, hands on technology expertise for special events, high profile senior executive meetings and town halls● Coordinate and see through specific equipment needs for road events as well as pack and ship to the locations necessary● Travel on the road for far site events that require live webcasting and setting up equipment such as encoders, mixers, microphones, PTZ cameras, and video switchers to execute a successful broadcast● Help users plan, setup and execute successful video conference meetings using Cisco Smart Scheduler as well as executing all aspects of video conferencing support● Gather quotes from a Media Services team, ensure accuracy and liaison the process and approval of all services between the Media Services team and the internal business partner● Create graphics for webcasts and videos such as lower thirds, title slides and backgrounds● Assist in creating videos for internal business partners by utilizing preproduction, filming, and post-production

● Accept over 700 audiovisual media requests per year from clients inside and outside Saint Peter's University● Assist faculty, staff and students with media inquiries● Develop multimedia solutions for events● Mix onsite audio for live events● In charge of daily setups of audio/video conferences using Polycom and integrated audiovisual control systems such as Crestron, SP Controls, Extron and Smart Board Technologies● Responsible for recording and set-ups of University events with audio visual needs such as microphones, speakers, multichannel audio mixers, laptops, LCD monitors and projectors, and digital media switchers● Assist in the design, upgrade and implementation of multimedia projects such as classroom technology upgrades and event space technology upgrades● Provide on and off site multimedia technical assistance for the University's daily functions and trainings● Responsible for videotaping, editing and live-streaming various university events and functions● Oversee all the digital signage for the University using BrightSign software● Supervise two full time employees and multiple work study students

Position responsibilities include accepting audio and video requests from clients inside and outside Saint Peter's University. I will be developing multimedia solutions for the events, striving to exceed the expectations of the clients. I have the responsibility of running on site audio for live events and using other technologies. I am also responsible for shooting and editing as the department deems is needed. I will also be responsible for developing digital signage for the student center. Most of my work will be providing customer service through all of these previously stated duties.
