Completed 1 SMED project: “Reduce 40% changeover time in Bouillon line – Wolf 3” -> increase 1% OEE of Bouillon line2. Asset Intensity – AI (OEE) coordinator: Responsible for AI of factory: coordinate to improve AI from 66% (2014) to 72% (2015) and achieve 78% (2016) 3. Operational set up and capacity simulation: Set up line labor standard: labors, layout, speed. Make Master Recipe (MR) and Production Version (PV) for production everyday
