A highly experienced Executive Support, Recruitment Coordinator/Recruiter and Administrator, with an extensive career spanning almost 18 years within the Recruitment industry. My recruitment career has encompassed being responsible for ensuring office facilities and equipment were readily available and in working order, reception duties, professional creation of CV templates, speaking to and arranging meetings both face to face and virtually with Director level clients and colleagues, audio typing and proofreading, and pretty much everything in between. I have assisted with all aspects of the recruitment process including assisting with client brief calls, screening and speaking to candidates, arranging Teams calls and interviews and working alongside HR regarding offer letters and the verification of RTW and POA documents. I work well both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating the motivation and multi-tasking abilities required to meet demanding deadlines, while maintaining the highest of standards.
