Administrative Manager
Current-Manage financial record-keeping, budgeting and grant management.-Develop required letters and communication management with program participants, volunteers, donors, community partners, and funders.- Support fundraising efforts-Document and track strategic partnerships, constituent profiles, and financial resources-Manage, coordinate, and/or provide administrative support-Develop, prepare, and update documents, processes, manuals, reports, packets, and presentation materials-Maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality-Create, facilitate, and maintain partnerships with community organizations and partners to address the needs of constituents-Help facilitate continued engagement and gathering of community needs and trends, for example, coordinating door-knocking events, tabling opportunities as well as internally hosted events-Facilitate conversations with the community at community classes, events or impromptu conversations- Assist in managing and creating internal policies and procedures- Engage with and bring awareness to external (agency, local, state and federal) policy needs, trends, etc. that impact constituency and services-Assist with maintaining and achieving credentials and training as staff and agency needs.
