• Extending support on the framework of ITIL (V3) with classified support in terms of IT management, incident management, change management, problem management, configuration management and capacity management.
• Helping clients in reducing critical incidents by identifying prevalent threat in infrastructure and recommending means to rectify the same.
• Performing trend analysis and recommending solutions to eradicate the prevalent loop holes in the process.
• Developing database for known errors along with constant updates on the same and facilitating in review meetings of incident, change and problem management along with providing suggestions for enhancement of existing.
• Facilitating in performing quality audits of all the tasks and coordinating with clients and guiding them in adhering to quality systems and standards like CoBIT and Lean Management.

• Accountable for timely deliveries of Inlife changes and faults on BT Vision Programme across multiple Inlife Releases.
• Responsible for timely scoping of changes, faults in Inlife release workstack and translated them into E2E Delivery plans by collaborating with large platforms teams [Collaboration, CMP, B&P, EMP etc], E2E test and.
• Responsible for maximising business benefits through BT Vision Inlife deliveries.
• Driving E2E Inlife deliveries as per planned schedule through all lifecycle phases like requirement compliance, E2E design, cost agreement, Build, E2E test and post deployment verifications.
• Accountable for identification of risks and mitigating them proactively, escalated risks at appropriate levels and attended to E2E issues/ queries to de-bottle neck them for enabling ontime delivery.
• Ensured adherence by all components to programme quality standards and processes and timely signoff of quality gates.
