Responsible for planning, organizing, purchasing, and controlling the warehouse’s over-all operations to include the outside materials yard estimated at $136K. Oversaw and scheduled 100% monthly and spot-check inventories for over 115,000 line items maintaining a positive inventory control. Works closely with General Crew Leaders and supervisors during bi-weekly planning meetings to schedule and coordinate the transport of equipment and acquisition of project specific materials. Accountable for $9.5 million county vehicles and equipment. Responsible for selecting the right vehicles and maintaining them in good operating condition so that the county can meet its objectives efficiently and cost-effectively.

Managed warehouses for various Air Force weapon systems valued over $201 million; Directly supervised six supervisors, 48 warehouse-persons, and two civilian personnel. Responsible for $157 million inventory and 25,000 sq. ft. warehouses. Coordinated the activity of the unit maintaining annual validations and scheduled inventories of 732,000 line items while maintaining positive inventory control. Oversaw Supply Management Asset reports for daily warehouse operations to validate the health of the supply account and takes actions to correct deficiencies in accordance with Air Force Regulations and Directives.

Supervised six military and civilian personnel providing logistical support to 900 plus personnel joint tactical airborne communications unit. Oversaw equipment record balances for 125 accounts valued at over $100 million; meticulously monitored $75 million of equipment deployed to 12 different overseas locations. Implemented new equipment control directives which led section to be lauded by the Air Force Audit Agency for superior program. Supported 100 troops in Hurricane Katrina relief efforts that deployed $7.6 million in communications equipment; interfaced with Joint Task Force Katrina and Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA).

Coordinated with General Service Administration customer service to solve lengthy overseas shipment delays by reducing processing and shipping times by over seven days. Selected for tiger team to establish unit-wide accountability procedures for expendable support assets. Saved over 1,000 man-hours by fusing two already existing products to show complete end item accountability. Performed quality assurance inspection on 30 equipment accounts with over 3,000 details valued at $78 million. Discovered serious flaw in AFEMS which allowed 1,571 erroneous stock levels to go undetected; created a supply computer script file to delete levels that slowed database that produced the rejects.

Supervises eight personnel while providing support for mission capable and awaiting parts support for radars, navigational aids, communication systems, cryptological, meteorological and aerospace ground equipment. Responsible for the overall monitoring, tracking, and updating status for all mission capable demands for non-aircraft support equipment for all contingency sites using MASS. Hand-picked to be the sole member from section for pre-regionalization team visit to Robins AFB; upon regionalization, reduced number of mission capable assets by almost 10% in one week. Provided status for over 8,000 new mission capable demands around the world since Sep 11, 2001 tragedy.
