After an initial six months of demonstrating my abilities to deliver internal AI solutions that brought useful and insightful outputs, I have transitioned to assisting the Cortado team in client engagements in a Data Analyst Role. I have applied AI technologies to add further value or efficiency during these engagements which requires collecting, processing and evaluating lots of data points to unlock these gains.I also spend my time manually assessing varying datasets and preparing information during these engagements ranging from talent assessments through to constructing presentation decks of critical information for client presentations.The world of revenue intelligence, revenue operations, product, pricing, sales, marketing, and customer success is very different to my previous occupations and I look forward to growing new skills in these sectors whilst adding value to the CG team.I have successfully developed and launched multiple AI based tools for internal productivity gains as part of my time with Cortado Group, which is an extremely exciting and rewarding adventure working with new, rapidly evolving technologies.

After leaving my position at John Mitchell Racing I re-located to the midlands and opened my own automotive workshop to cater for owners of Volkswagen Audi Group vehicles. In its first three years the company provided general servicing/repairs and motorsport/performance orientated work at around a 70/30 split.The business re-located after year 3 to a newly built workshop to re-position itself in the market, aimed almost entirely at performance modifications.Over the next two years I developed the business to offer differing levels of performance for both Audi RS and Mercedes-Benz AMG models, producing cars that were among the most powerful of their kinds in the UK. I most notably I built a 1000hp MB AMG E63s, several 800-900hp Audi RS6's and an AMG GT that offered performance over and above what AMG's own Black Division released in the Black Series.The company had the capability to produce its own parts such as exhaust systems and suspension components in materials ranging from steel to titanium that were included as part of tuning packages we offered to clients.I built up a small, but great clientele of customers from across the country and worked with great partnering companies such as Motorsport and Performance in Leeds during the time I operated Tempest Performance.As Tempest Performance was a one man band, I carried out all the work, fabricated all the parts, dealt with the clients, etc. I felt I had achieved all the goals I personally desired from the venture and with other, more interesting work coming through in motorsport during the last two years of running my own business, I made the decision to transition to new challenges in my life.

I was introduced to Breakell Racing by a driver I had worked with during my season with Rob Boston Racing. The team required a data engineer for their AMG GT4 programme in the British Endurance Championship. This role quickly extended into other racing programmes that Breakell operate including Ginetta Cup and the Masters Historic championship with an ex Le Mans Morgan-Pescarolo LMP2.During this season with Breakell I have also had the opportunity to operate as team manager for a round in the Ginetta Cup, as the team owner (who acts as team manager also) was required to be at a different event due to dates clashing. I successfully managed the staff and team over a three day period and dealt with all aspects of team operation - including customer relations, quality control on race car preparations and parts purchasing for repairs.

I was approached by RBR to take on a data engineering role for their upcoming participation in the British Endurance Championship, running an AMG GT3.I was responsible for setting up, maintaining and managing all data that was generated from the car and race events, this included all championship mandated video data for scrutineering purposes.Reporting vehicle engine and transmission health data was the primary role, with some assistance of data analysis for the Professional driver coach and the Gentleman owner driver of the car. I also helped develop an in race strategy system for fuel management as we did not have live telemetry for this series.The culmination of the teams effort was placing overall winners and winners in class for the BEC 2022 campaign.

I had prior contact with John Mitchell through owning VW Corrado G60 that JMR specialised in providing services for and enquired about any available positions in the business. After completing my studies I worked for JMR full time until choosing to relocate back to my family roots in Nottinghamshire.
