-Carried out Process control in Production line, find out any quality issue or quality risk and work closely to factories on quality improvement. Ensure factories follow Clarks' standards.-Perform Bulk Fitting check, Leather inspection, and inspection follow AQL at factories.-Daily check Finished shoes lab testing as well as incomming material test to track the quality status in factories/predict any quality issues may happen. -Work closely with Clarks Product Engineers and factories to prepare for Pre-Production meeting, first production and on any quality risks/ issues.-Support Clarks QA team, Material team on analysis quality claim with factories.-Align with Clarks orientation to train/level up QC inspection skill in factories, support them to confidently perform Process control check by themselves.

• Monitor the performance of the Inspectors (Soft goods & Hard goods) / Factory Auditor/ Social Auditors through defined integrity related processes (such as Phone call audits, Surprise Factory Visits, Mystery audits, Check the checker audits). • Monitor the inspection / audit results on a periodic basis and analyze the trend for further review / investigation of suspicious inputs. • Develop and deliver refresher / training workshops for CPS personnel on BV Integrity principles.• Develop the inter-relationship between BV and its vendors / factories.• Manage and maintain upto date records of all information in regard to integrity and share with management as appropriate.• Investigate integrity issues covering Viet Nam & Cambodia CPS as and when assigned. Prepare Integrity Investigation Report to Management/ Client whenever receiving the complaints from Internal/ External parties.

• Coordinate with the Integrity team in South Asia & South East Asia to prepare the Integrity reports (Daily / Weekly / Monthly/ Incident Notification reports) and submit to the Regional Manager_Integrity Assurance and Clients before the set timelines.• Maintain the Integrity database management system and distribute integrity staff weekly schedules.• Perform Phone audits to cover the minimum target set by management from time to time. • Perform analysis of the Inspection, Factory Audit, Social Audit and test results to identify suspicious cases and update superiors from time to time.• Coordinate with the Operations team, Integrity team and HR in regard to Integrity training to new staffs, updating the new staff background verification summary.

• Maintain standard of quality required by adidas through various activities such as: Quality control training for QC team and Production supervisors, performance tracking, process analysis, internal/cross factory audit, weekly quality meeting.• Make sure the updated Quality Manual follow the latest adidas policy. Apply strickly level (100% or AQL) of Inspection in QC groups. • Co-operate with Production and Continuous Improvement team to apply the visual management, trials for improvement.• Work with Lab team, Product test team and Development department to analyse the returns from customers. • Report directly to Quality Manager and adidas customer.• Build up, delegate, motivate QIP team to align the progress of Factory and client’s expectation.
