The Y's promise to strengthen the community through accessible programs and facilities is why I've chosen to remain with the YMCA of Silicon Valley for over 20 years. Over the past two decades, I've had the opportunity to work in and develop programs that focus on Youth Development, Social Responsibility, and Healthy Living. From delivering programs directly to the community, to leading teams of staff and volunteers, to marketing programs, cause, and mission through Social Media, to ensuring financial sustainability through fiscal stewardship and fund development - my ongoing career at the Y has provided me with endless opportunities to sharpen my skills.
