As a recruiting manager at K&B Transportation for 7 years, I lead and oversee the hiring process for one of the largest trucking companies in the Midwest. I work with a team of recruiters to source, screen, and select qualified drivers and staff, ensuring that we meet our staffing needs and goals. I also manage the recruitment travel, implement best practices, and provide training and coaching to my team.In addition to my role at K&B, I also work as a tennis instructor at First Serve Tennis, where I teach and mentor students of all ages and levels. I use my communication and interpersonal skills to create a positive and engaging learning environment, and to help my students develop their tennis skills and confidence. I enjoy sharing my passion for tennis and inspiring others to achieve their potential.
