Emea Project Manager
Current Understand the strategic priorities of the customer, reacting with pace to the ever-changing requirements, often limited briefs and at times ambiguous requirements Create realistic detailed plans that meet the needs of the customer and are achievable with the cost and resource allocated, and align appropriate resources to complete the work Forecast project costs to keep all efforts within budget, ensure appropriate client invoicing, and contribute to revenue forecasts Take responsibility for creating high quality documentation which provides customers with a comprehensive understanding of the plans, budgets and progress Build and maintain positive and effective working relationships with all stakeholders with the aim of securing repeat requests for support Ensure team cohesion across all disciplines and vendors, and act as a positive role model to engender a culture that promotes collaboration and customer focus Project manage the learning activities and resourcing throughout the lifecycle of the learning project until all requirements have been delivered, including the tracking of milestones, revenue and non-billable activity Coordinate deployment of materials to clients Learning Management System Project manage multiple projects effectively Review, analyse and produce clear, accurate reports on data to senior management and colleagues, escalating risks as appropriate Define and implement post implementation reviews which validate the effectiveness of the learning and support provided
