• Answer initial email/phone/verbal enquiries (student recruitment related) to provide potential students with a responsive and good first impression of the college,• Check all student related correspondence received.• To respond directly to the students' inquiries, offer further information sourcesand invitation to visit the college.• To obtain their contact details for an opportunity to later follow up with them.• To thank existing staff or students that made referrals regardless of whether the referral was a "success".• Ensure high conversion rates of "potential students into current students to effectively influence potential students to sign up.• Follow-up with qualified students.
