Senior Instructional Designer
Current• Collaborate with internal and external teams to design, develop, implement, and evaluate innovative sales training materials for new hires, field sales personnel, and management in the pharmaceutical sales industry. • Identify learning gaps to recommend and document performance objectives, project instructional standards, learner engagement strategies, and evaluation plans based on business goals and learner needs.• Build collaborative and productive working relationships with a variety of stakeholders, partners, and subject matter experts across the organization. • Apply instructional design theories and practices to create engaging and accessible synchronous and asynchronous instructional materials. • Ensure training products comply with applicable guidelines and regulations (SCORM, Sections 508 and 504, style guides, etc.)• Define and implement measurement strategies for learning effectiveness, including the use of metrics and feedback for continuous enhancement and alignment with organizational goals.• Specialize in new-hire training/onboarding, product launches, plan of action (POA) meetings, pull-through training, customer relationship management (CRM) training, disease state training, advanced sales skills, and certifications as related to the pharmaceutical training landscape.
