As a QA/QC staff at TCP, my role is to monitor the quality of chocolate products. I am responsible for helping to establish the HACCP plan, to follow it up and to direct team members in daily activities ensuring one hundred percentage of food safety and hygiene program. I am also responsible for testing program in new product declaration.

1. Sample Preparation and Analysis: - Assist in the preparation of various sample types for ICP-MS analysis, including digestion, filtration, and dilution as required. - Operate and maintain ICP-MS instrumentation under supervision. - Perform sample analysis using established protocols and procedures.2. Calibration and Quality Control - Monitor instrument performance and report any deviations or issues to supervisors.3. Data Analysis and Reporting: - Assist in processing and analyzing ICP-MS data to determine metal concentrations in samples. - Contribute to the interpretation of analytical results and prepare concise and accurate reports. - Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and quality standards are met.4. Lab Safety and Compliance: - Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Comply with all applicable regulations, guidelines, and laboratory standards. - Participate in safety training and follow best practices to minimize risks.
