Having more than 23 years’ work experience in Detail Engineering including construction of Oil & Gas sector (onshore & offshore) and Petrochemical, I have experience in various position such as Piping Lead Engineer, Piping Engineer, Piping Layout Engineer, Designer & Piping Field Engineer and Knowledge of applicable codes & standards. Responsibility for following activities during working in Oil & gas and Petrochemical are: • Prepare Manpower Planning, Man-hours Planning & Schedule, Project Setup for Piping Detail Engineering, Review ITB contract (Project scope study), Specification, Procedure, Prepare technical queries (TQ /RFI) to client & etc.• Coordination & Technical consulting with internal team & all discipline, Clarification & Technical consulting with client & Vendor to resolving material issue and Technical issue • Study & Prepare Equipment Layout, Key plan, Piping Layout, around Process area, Utility area and Offsite area, Prepare Loading data for Pipe rack, Pipe Sleeper, Stanchion & other Special support around Equipment for process, Offsite area & Utility Area & COG for Civil / Structure information, Nozzle orientation & Nozzle Load for Mechanical Information, Prepare Isometric, Prepare Pipe Support, Prepare Model review and Final Check before Issued. • Prepare Material take off for Pipe, fitting, Valve, Special Item, Pipe Insulation, Pipe coating, etc. & Prepare Data sheet, MRQ,TBE and Document/Drawing vendor review for Procurement support.• Performed Stress analysis / Calculation Using Caesar II Version 7.0, Prepare Critical Line list, Stress design Basis for client submission.• For piping field engineer I have responsible to prepare Field change sheet, resolving material issue, resolving piping issue, assist in planning, punch list of the lines, confirmation of reinstatment, Walk downs and sign offs, testing activities.
