This required collaboration with the internal Optimizely testing team for URL and content creation, coordination with stakeholders for possible scheduling/content conflicts, and working with Sitecore developers to solve possible CMS issues.

Duties performed included managing and executing webpage update requests through a SIMM ticketing queue system, updating assets to create a standardized web experience for partner content, assisting with key roadmap projects, such as a site health effort to improve the discoverability of Partner Networked related content, and tracking the impact of changes through URL inventory and web KPI analyses using Adobe Analytics.

* Client web designer for CDK Digital Marketing automotive dealership clients. * Responsible for building new sites from client specifications, implementing major changes, updating design assets and creative, and migrating sites to new products or technology as needed. * Responsible for advanced troubleshooting and support of the company’s proprietary website platform. This also includes filing product defects or bug investigation requests when needed. * Participate in client calls to ensure everything built meets the client’s needs while encouraging adoption of UX design best practices.* Assisted in user acceptance testing and system-wide activation of CDK’s next-generation website platform while performing regular job duties. Acted as a subject matter expert to train colleagues in the new platform as it was widely released.* Selected to support major (VIP) clients to ensure client satisfaction for high touch/high spend clients.* Lead the “Theme and Mission Statement” project, building our department’s overall theme and mission statement with a goal to align and unite two teams thousands of miles apart. Creation completed mainly via Photoshop, HTML, and CSS. Also responsible for implementing code from third party agencies that tracks visits or displays off-network content, and troubleshooting this code when issues arise. * Served as a Subject Matter Expert for product launches, process changes, and OEM-led marketing initiatives.* Performed user acceptance testing for pre-release versions of new products or features. * Provided all levels of support for Cobalt’s CRM program, Prospector, including accepting inbound client calls and up to filing defect/bug reports and product enhancement requests.* Implemented email marketing sales flow action plans for clients, helping turn the sales process from manual to automated for car dealerships. Prospector flows controlled not only prospect sales processes, but also owner follow up and email marketing. Worked with clients to set up the application to their specifications and business needs.* Assisted with product planning around the application, including bug and enhancement prioritization, and user acceptance testing as new features were released.* Trained numerous colleagues on the application to grow the support team.
