Nss Eastern Region Manager

Serves as a Senior Instructor at the MSTCLANT Navigation, Seamanship, and Shiphandling Training (NSST) complex. Delivers basic and advanced shiphandling skills, techniques, and procedures as well as the Bridge Resource Management to officers and Sailors assigned to the Navy ships stationed at Norfolk Naval Station and the Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek Fort Story using classroom instruction and the GDIT VShip9 training simulators. Also, one of five instructors qualified for operations and training using the GDIT VShip7 COVE III simulator at the training sites in Rota, Spain, and Manama, Bahrain. To date, have conducted training for over 90 naval warships and 3,000+ students.

Commanding Officer, Center For Naval Engineering
3rd tour as a Commanding Officer. Supervised 550 military and civilian personnel spread over 10 locations around the world in all aspects of non-nuclear engineering training, high risk fire fighting training, and damage control training for 38,000+ engineers in the surface Navy.
