Led organisational discussions to help achieve consistency on the metric in AEMO's major publications.- Two years experience in the Reliability and Emergency Reserve Trader (RERT) team, including one year as a RERT lead.- Worked with the Markets Reform team to develop AEMO's view of potential Operating Reserves and Inertia markets, including in AEMO's publications.- Led design of a publicly accessible NEM inertia monitoring system.

I worked as part of Process Engineering Technologies (P.E.T.'s) renewable energy generation team. As P.E.T. is a contractor for Sydney Water, we worked to ensure the optimal performance of Sydney Water's renewable energy generation assets, such as hydro electric turbines and co-generation engines. As part of my work at P.E.T., I:• Found faults in operational equipment, both on-site and through thermal, pressure, sound and frequency calculations. Fixing some of these faults saved Sydney Water $3000.• Commissioned co-generation engines, with reference to process and instrumentation diagrams• Developed high level strategy, including improvements to safety, the environment and generation• Evaluated financial investments and identified growth opportunities for the business
