Manager Of Customer Education
Current- Manage the Customer Education Team as the group develops educational content for use with product onboarding, customer support, and feature adoption.- Provide organization, clarity, and accountability for all team projects and deadlines.- Continuously improve the various learning experiences that support customers at each stage of the TraceGains customer journey.- Report on metrics associated with software tools including, but not limited to, learning management system (LMS) and webinar platform.- Manage the growing inventory of content, platforms, and learning modalities.
