I open up the office every day and oversee activities when the agent is not in house, making sure everything is in working order. Always trying to assist the customer and expand their insurance to limit risks. I ran a sports card and memorabilia group called Heartbreakers for 2 years. We did 251 individual breaks before stopping in August of 2023. Worked in customer service on the phone with TD bank from 2017-2019. My first year I dealt with personal banking products and also worked on training the new hires/answering chats for the entire contact center when they needed assistance. In my second year I worked in small business banking doing mostly the same tasks as my first year but geared towards business products.
