Lead responsible for key initiatives in scaling R&D hiring globally. - Responsible for hiring Twilio's Messaging Business (largest R&D org and the most revenue to Twilio) - Partnered with a sourcer to create "Twilio Hiring Events" which allowed us to hire 3X the engineers in a 6 week period. Created documentation, best practices, and guidelines for other sourcers to adopt this process which became the standard in sourcing across R&D, repeatable sales jobs, and finance. - Led Twilio's "Hiring Guilde." A group of engineers and product leaders who had a passion for hiring. This group created a consistent global hiring process, continually updated technical assessments (coding and design questions) and rubrics for interviewers to assess candidates.
