A dynamic educator with extensive coaching acumen and 15 years of progressive experience in diversity-equity-inclusion focused on leading highly effective teams, building mutually beneficial partnerships, and delivering innovative strategies to promote awareness and accountability around organizational change. Interacting with students on the Middle School, High School, and Undergraduate levels has produced my passion for what I have termed RIRP: Recruitment + Intervention + Retention = Prevention. I am interested in transitioning from classroom instruction to a K-12 leadership role. This move might well allow me to make a greater educational impact on students and colleagues by sharing the expertise I have developed to foster strategic innovations.
