Responsible for leading the process of identifying which trailers to purchase, sell, park, lease, or utilize in order to maximize profits and minimize losses. Oversee trailer pools and ensure maximum utilization and/or revenue of all trailers. Lead the receipt and distribution of newly purchased trailing equipment and lead the removal of trailers from operations for turn-in/sale, in accordance with equipment operating plans while minimizing associated equipment expense and optimizing equipment utilization and profit.

Manage and oversee development and product features with seven different software solutions.Assist in development of PRD's to provide needed solutions for I.T. support personnel and their end users.

Analyze prospects/ lead (CIOs, IT directors) generated from trade shows and software demos for action by sales staff. Manage CRM data, quality and reporting. Evaluate and report sales staff effectiveness based on prospect close rate and revenue generated. Manage customer implementation process through launch.
