My primary role is to communicate the value of Microsoft Solutions to customers and to provide architectural guidance for Enterprise Cloud Integration solutions. A Partner – Cloud Solution Architect (P-CSA) drives high priority initiatives on Azure in collaboration with the Microsoft team. The P-CSA is a technical role that drives the end-to-end customer cloud deployment experience. P-CSAs own the Azure technical engagement including: architectural design sessions, specific implementation projects and/or Proofs of Concepts.

The Microsoft Virtual Technology Specialist Program (VTSP) is a select group chosen from the elite in Microsoft’s partner community, whose focus is to augment Microsoft’s internal Technology Specialist team. Their primary role is to communicate the value of Microsoft Solutions to customers and to provide architectural guidance for Enterprise Integration solutions. The Microsoft VTSP program was designed to create a deeper relationship with Microsoft Partners, the Product Teams at Microsoft Corporate, and Regional Microsoft Offices, in order to provide highly skilled solution specialists to Microsoft customers. It is designed to enable a high performance team of partner-based resources to deliver pre-sale activities and resources to empower customers and help them meet their solution and integration needs.

As a principal consultant, I participate in every stage of providing efficient and effective solutions to my clients, from mining existing relationships, scoping new opportunities, and delivering thorough solutions. I serve as a peer mentor to other consultants to foster a strong sense of community and culture at Sparkhound. My recent technical focus encompasses Office 365, Exchange Online, Mergers & Acquisitions, Skype for Business, Hybrid Infrastructure, Azure Services, and Technology Adoption Roadmaps.
