- Currently positioned as the only quality auditor for the process to identify gaps in processes and develop mitigation plans to reduce risk across the team and within operational functions.- Work includes monitoring and reporting on transaction activities and identifying opportunities to strengthen controls.- Represent business team to initiatives that impact processes across the team ensuring team preparedness and operational readiness.- Identify the root cause of defects and find arears of improvement in the process. -Provide ideas for process improvements to enhance process efficiency, quality and customer expirience.-Provide communication across the team for initiative updates and with stakeholders as needed.-Provide analytical insight and reporting within the team relative to key metrics and target goals.- Run dip checks to ensure the retention of feedback provided.

Clearing Specialist, working with the Operations Team to cover all aspects of clearing cheques. Responsibilities include encoding information at the bottom of checks, payment coupons, and deposit slips. Duties include maintaining proof and documentation of fraudulent behavior and notifying proper authorities when a checks bounce, plus to look for errors on checks and take steps to fix the situation.

• Managing the work for 8 Transaction Coordinator Agents with a focus on driving production, pipeline• Delegating tasks and set deadlines for the agents to work towards organizational goals.• Oversee day-to-day operation related to showing of the properties and closing it basis on client's approval.• Actively tracked timeline and progress of Transaction coordinators activities and tracking them on various trackers.• Served as the first line of defence to diffuse customer escalations to management.• Developing creative and innovative ways to improve team’s performance.• Daily reporting to direct manager regarding the daily work.
