Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Yale and a repertoire of food safety certifications, I bring a blend of technical expertise and regulatory acumen to ensure that our offerings adhere to the highest standards of quality and safety.With a rich tapestry of over 15 years in the food and beverage industry, I've honed my skills at esteemed establishments such as Spero Foods, All Day Kitchens, EAT Club, and Guckenheimer. I've spearheaded the formation of dynamic teams, orchestrated process enhancements, executed cost-saving strategies, and championed customer satisfaction initiatives. My proficiency in Lean Six Sigma methodologies, coupled with my fluency in Spanish and Cambodian, has empowered me to drive operational excellence and foster cross-cultural collaborations.Beyond the boardroom, my passion extends to championing local farmers, combating food wastage, and advocating for wellness and sustainability.
