Transition stand-alone facility (HCI Steel) to new corporate (BlueScope Buildings) standards.•Responsible for maintaining accreditations by authorizing agencies and prepare for audits by said agencies.•Investigate and resolve customer claims by performing root cause analysis and eliminating causes of defects.
