a. Career Placements - Initiating calls to companies on career placement activities and organizing quarterly Career Placement Dayb. Alumni Engagement - Maintaining alumni records for the purpose of ensuring program effectiveness complying with mandated requirements, monitoring and providing report on graduates employment statusc. Employer’s Feedback - Administration & Reports compiling feedback from all employers where graduates are employed on improving key areas, softs skills and knowledge of our graduates for better value in the market. d. International & Local Student Welfare - Liaising with Academics and Student Welfare to ensure students welfare issues are considered in all discussions about individual students and a holistic development of all students, sourcing out and facilitating benefits for students from sources available. Handling and attending to customer written and verbal complaints if there is any.e. Student Discipline & Counselling Services - Responding to all requests from various internal and external sources for the purpose of investigating and assisting in resolving student attendance problems, boundary issues, discipline and expulsion processes, conducting Student Discipline Hearings, working with relevant staff, particularly Hostel Wardens on issues of discipline, encouraging constructive and restorative action. f. Student Extracurricular Activities - coordinating student’s activities and annual college events, ensuring that all outside activities are safe and well organized, issue certificate of participation for student’s involvement in activities, preparing report on students activities to management.g. Customer Feedback - Administration & Reports - compiling feedback and complaints from all students towards area that will affect their studies.
