I collaborate with organizations involved in the mental health and disability sector for more than two decades. I regularly shares my experience and ideas, conducts Workshops and training programs on issues related to Mental Health and Special Education and am on a mission to educate and empower individuals to deal with their issues using neuroplasticity to make permanent changes and live a respectable life on their own terms.I am a passionate writer who has co-authorised various books for US Naval War College, The Belgium Defence Academy and The Norwegian Defence University. I am also a certified researcher the National Institute of Health, United States. My works have been published in various books and magazines.
