Business development skills: • Able to identify and qualify potential new clients.• Experience of and able to communicate effectively with key decision makers i.e. Heads of Departments and senior managers.• Ability to recognize buying & closing signals.• The ability to research potential corporate clients in detail.• Familiar with risk assessment, asset class analysis, ratings and forecasts and rigorous benchmarking of the business environment.• Conversant with Microsoft office applications.• Identifying cross-selling opportunities.• Knowledge of how to cleanse and maintain prospect and customer records on the database.• Meet and exceed new business targets.• Promotion compliance and implementation.• Experience of working to targets

•Organizing , short listing and interviewing candidates for various trades during the entire process.•Liaison with clients for recruitment documentation for visa application, passports, medical & certificates/degrees verifications.•Liaison with various government agencies in UAE and Overseas. •Develop and update all Human Resource databases for prospective employment need in the future and maintaining their record electronically.•Managing Protector of Immigrant processes, Ticket reservations and briefing candidates. •Managing logistics, accommodations and events.•To administrate interviews, entry test and assessment centers.•Record keeping of the candidates data.
